The sun shone brightly on Saturday in contrast to the somber tone of the ceremony commemorating 9/11 called "A Day To Remember: Veterans, First Responders, Fire Fighters and Law Enforcement" held by George Lee American Legion Post 532.
The beautiful sound of harmony provided by the High Country Harmonizers rang out in the minutes before the ceremony. They sang a selection of patriotic and religious songs like "God Bless America" and "I’ll Fly Away," providing the entire morning with appropriately themed entertainment.
