Monday morning as Sheriff Vic Davis and investigators were looking into the larceny of a Polaris UTV, a second report came in about the theft of a Kubota tractor. As investigators were processing the scene where the UTV was found near Young Harris, a suspect arrived on the scene and quickly left. He was driving a silver Mustang and appeared to have shaved his head. Deputies received information that Robert Parker may be driving such a car without a license plate and also confirmed he had shaved his head, according to a release from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
