The Hayesville Town Council approved a rezoning application allowing Rachel Payne’s florist shop to move near the Clay County Care Center.
The council also gave a nod to interior design plans for the historic Clay County Courthouse on the square, giving the project the go-ahead to move ahead on renovations.
