Motorists feeling pinch at the pump, but increases may be temporary

Hurricane Harvey did not take lives or ruin countless homes in this part of the country, but Clay County residents are feeling the impact of the storm at the gas pumps.
Gas prices around the country have spiked to the highest all year, according to AAA, which reported Monday's national average at $2.75. The national average was $2.45 on Thursday, Aug. 31.
