Multiple arrests in drug sting

A multi-agency narcotics roundup Aug. 24 resulted in several residents arrested on multiple drug charges, according to a release from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

After several months of investigations by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Sheriff Vic Davis said raids occurred simultaneously at several locations throughout the county.
