Board will look at multiple options to keep students safe

The Clay County Board of Education’s regular monthly meeting Monday focused on the continuing discussion of school safety, including the use of surveillance drones.
Clay County Schools Interim Superintendent Scotty Penland said the schools will take advantage of free training being offered school systems by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and that probably will take place in July.
