A man accused of possessing a gun and attempting to elude law enforcement officers is out on bond.
On Monday, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Crestview Lane in Hayesville in reference to a man holding his girlfriend at gunpoint, according to a release from Captain Josh Litchfield.
