Life-saving blood donations from Clay County folks last week exceeded Red Cross goals. Each unit given can save up to three lives during critical needs.
“You all did a fantastic job with the blood drive. Thank you so much for all the work that you and your group put in to making the blood drive such a success. Our goal was to collect 29 units of blood and we collected 31, which could save up to 93 lives. We’d love to work with your group again in the future,” said Drew Krueger, Red Cross Account Manager, Donor Recruitment to Teresa McClure, Auxiliary Unit President.
