On Monday, Winford Nolan Parker, was arrested on outstanding warrants which stem from a multi-agency investigation conducted with the SBI and the ATF earlier this year.
Clay County Sheriff Vic Davis said Parker was charged with the felony charges of delivering a schedule II controlled substance, trafficking in opium, manufacturing a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of delivering methamphetamine, selling methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a felon and the misdemeanor charge of simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
