Bullying stinks
I liked D.A.R.E a lot. The information the officer gave me I think is really going to help me in the future. Some of the most important things I learned are staying away from smoking, drugs and bullying. These things are really going to help me in life.
I am now going to talk about some of the things I learned about. First of all smoking. There are more than 200 known chemicals in a single cigarette. If you think I’m doing that your nuts. Also more than 400,000 people die from drug related causes each year.
Second is drugs. Drugs cause people to be violent and do stupid things. Drugs also cause people to not think straight. This will help me in the future. It will help me because I now know that doing drugs is a stupid decision.
Lastly, we have bullying. Bullying stinks and sometimes bullying can cause serious emotional damage and that’s never good. So don’t bully, nobody likes it and it’s not nice. Don’t bully and if you or anybody else is getting bullied report it .
So in conclusion I just talked about the three things I mentioned earlier. I liked D.A.R.E. and the things I learned will help me be a good person. Also what I learned will help me make smarter decisions. So don’t bully, don’t do drugs and don’t smoke.

This is harmful to our bodies
I feel happy about D.A.R.E. because it helped me learn a lot. I learned that there are more than 75,000 alcohol related deaths each year in the U.S. I learned that there are more than 200 known chemicals in cigarette smoke. I also learned that more than 400,000 Americans die from tobacco related causes each year.
One thing that I learned about alcohol is there are more than 75,000 alcohol related deaths. Alcohol is dangerous because alcohol weakens the heart muscle and reduces the amount of blood pumped. Too much alcohol can slow down the body and lead coma or death. Alcohol goes directly into the bloodstream and can damage every organ of your body.
In D.A.R.E. I learned that there are more than 200 harmful known chemicals in cigarette smoke. Smoking can yellow your teeth and cause bad breath. It can also dry your skin and cause wrinkles smokers have more colds and upper respiratory problems which makes it difficult to breathe. I learned that more than 400,000 Americans die from tobacco. Different types of drugs can be dangerous. All this information can help me know the consequences about drinking alcohol, chewing tobacco or smoking. All this is harmful to our bodies so it’s best not to do drugs.
Dare was a great program it help me understand that taking drugs, chewing tobacco, smoking, and drinking alcohol can be dangerous to my body. Mrs. melissa was a great teacher in dare. She always understood problems that other had she helped everyone. I hope that this program also helps others.

Lessons that will help me say ‘no’
I feel secure about the D.A.R.E program. I learned a lot of new things. They were very helpful. The three things I would like to tell you about are smoking, resistance and stress.
In D.A.R.E I learned about smoking. Smoking can cause lung cancer. It can also cause dry skin and wrinkles. The information will help me in the future to never smoke.
I also learned about resistance. There are a lot of strategies to resist drugs. Always say no to anything that is not good for you. Just make up an excuse, reason, or just walk away. The things that I have learned from this lesson will help me say no.
The last thing I would like to talk about is stress. Some signs of stress are: blushing, sweating and embarrassment. Some things to relieve stress are: stress balls and relaxing. Stress is when you’re worried, sad, angry, or even happy. This will help me stay stress free and help others stay stress free too.
In D.A.R.E I learned to never do any drugs. I think D.A.R.E is a good opportunity to learn about not doing things that can harm you. The D.A.R.E decision making model really helped me decide on hard situations. We had the best D.A.R.E officer Mrs. Melissa that really helped us.

D.A.R.E is fun and informative
I love the D.A.R.E program because of my dare officer who makes dare fun. I learned a lot of new information. The new information that I learned was very helpful to me. Here are some things we have learned. We learned about empathy, stress and risks.
The first thing I am going to talk about is empathy. Empathy is when you put yourself in someone else’s shoes and understand how they feel. This will help me in the future to help understand others better. This information will help me by making decisions by not judging people and what they went through.
Another thing I learned about was stress. Stress is any strain, pressure, or even excitement about an event. Learning about stress is important because it helps to notice the signs of stress in the future. It will help me make better decisions because I would know when someone is stressed that I could possibly help them out. The last thing I learned about is risks. A risk is taking a chance. Learning about this is important because you can notice when you are taking a risk to take the time and think and look back and really see if you made a good risk or not. This information can help you by pushing you to make good risks.
I love D.A.R.E, it was really fun. I would like to say thank you to Ms. Melissa, our D.A.R.E officer, for teaching us valuable life lessons and making D.A.R.E fun and exciting every day.

Everyone should like D.A.R.E
I feel good about the D.A.R.E program because it talks about why drugs are bad. I learned that if you find folded spoons, stay away from it. Needles are bad too because they can be used for drug purposes. The information was helpful because it showed what drugs look like.
I learned that a lot of people die when they are drunk while driving. This will help in the future by not to drink beer. If I don’t get drunk I will never get a D.U.I. If I don’t drink I will never get arrested for drinking.
Chewing tobacco is bad for our gums. It has glass in it so the nicotine will get in your blood vessels. This will help me in the future because I know when the nicotine gets into your blood vessels you get addicted.
The D.A.R.E program is good because of Officer Melissa. She tells us why drugs are bad. We got to see folded spoons and needles. Everyone should like D.A.R.E.
