Two local residents face drug-related charges after a K-9 from the Clay County Sheriff's Office alerted that drugs may be in the automobile they were driving.
On Friday, the driver Andrew Chase Hogsed, 22, of Hiawassee, was charged with resisting a public officer, felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held under a $18,000 bond.\
