• Saundra Steinmeyer, 75, of Hayesville, driving while impaired and reckless driving to endanger. Released on Sept. 8.
• Tammy Denise Whitener, 54, of Hayesville, communicating threats.
• Jerry Dustin Buckener, 42, of Hayesville, failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Released on Sept. 9.
• Brian William Dixon, 40, of Hayesville, probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, driving while license revoked due to a previous non impaired revocation and resisting a public officer.
• Dean Austin Dodge, 25, of Franklin, N.C., driving while impaired. Released on Sept. 11.
• Donald Robert Marion Futch, 37, of Hayesville, communicating threats. Released on Sept. 11.
• Justin Lawrence Smith, 36, of Hayesville, misdemeanor child abuse. Released on Sept. 12.
• Joshua Michael Stone, 22, of Warne, N.C., driving while license revoked due to a previous non impaired revocation, expired registration card/tag and stop sign violation.
• Rickey Terrance Stroud Jr., 39, of Hayesville, failure to appear on a misdemeanor, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation.
• Tamara May Emerick, 50, of Warne, N.C., misdemeanor larceny. Released on Sept. 12.
• Rachel Lynn Hall, 35, of Hayesville, failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Released on Sept. 13.
• Benjamin Jared Struchko, 30, of Hayesville, misdemeanor child abuse. Released on Sept. 13.
• Jessica Lee Struchko, 25, of Hayesville, misdemeanor child abuse. Released on Sept. 13.
• Taylor Lynn Chastain, 22, of Copper Hill, Tenn., driving while impaired. Released on Sept. 14.
• Elizabeth Anne Collins, 23, of Murphy, N.C., driving while impaired and driving left of center. Released on Sept. 14.
• Michael Bruce Ellis, 62, of Hayesville, trafficking in methamphetamine, maintain place for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and true bill of indictment. Released on Sept. 16.
• Steven Grant Papendick, 55, of Warne, N.C., driving while impaired. Released on Sept. 15.
• Bryce Matthew Rickenbaker, 26, of Charlotte, N.C., driving while impaired. Released on Sept. 15.
